I lived with hippies in Boulder for a few years. Yeah I liked them and we had fun, but they shunned responsibility like the plague and expected everyone else to support them.
That is my experience after living in boulder for 15 years. And notice a lot of the antifa/blm shit is happening in typical hippy places like Austin, and the northwest. But I might be wrong and I accept if thus is the case. But if you survey hippies on presidential election I think 80+% are democrats.
theoretically hippies are utopian communists who want everyone to live in peace and share everything. Which is great for a utopian society. Hippies nowadays are mostly just drug abusers and hipsters.
