That's what I was wondering. What law has been broken here? Vandalism maybe? The faggy group offering the reward has nothing to do with the University or State wildlife agency that's tracking the bear (in fact, they seem to be a group dedicated to fighting the work that they're doing). So what are they going to do? Convince that organization (that they hate, and fight against) to press charges for a misdemeanor? I doubt the police would give a shit, and just tell them to take it to small claims court, where they could sue the guy for maybe $10 to recover the cost of removing the sticker.
Yeah. If I were the guy (or the gal) I'd just collect the five grand because yeah - what are they gonna do?
