The photo looks like it's on someone's porch. If so, how did they get a photo of it on their porch without it running away? Black bears are pretty timid and will run away. Has the person been feeding it to get it to come back?

If so, I'm betting the person who "broke the story" put the sticker on there as a "false flag" to make us look like bad folks.
