I am actually for population control. By means of capitalism. I propose offering funds to poor people in America's slums and 3rd world countries to be sterilized voluntarily. It would decrease famine, child hunger and abuse, help poor people to have a higher standard of living, decrease the human waste, and increase the quality of water in those regions. Start with America's slums, then propose funds to China and India as well. Then to Africa and South America. Poor people in 3rd world countries are selling their organs, so I'm sure they would sell their reproductive ability as well for cold, hard cash. It's a win-win for everyone. And it should be funded by Bill Gates, who should put his money where his mouth is.
