If you want the purest 1911 experience, something like a Colt Series 70 is it. All depends on what you want and what you prefer. If you want the purest 1911 experience, something like a Colt Series 70 is it. The Sig 1911s have some changes and some of the visual cues of the Sig P-series.
ive never shot a sig 1911 but i would imagine it would be better than the old 1911s just my opinion though
