I think that's the plan, and that's the conflict they're preparing for with "Trump will refuse to leave office!"
He'll refuse to leave because the cheating is so blatant that all the non-libs will see it. But they'll insist he's "refusing to abide by the election."
They're mentally preparing themselves for this clash.
It's also entirely possible that the chaos from mail-in voting will be so bad, that even the Democrats will admit that they can't report any official result. That's what happened in Iowa, and that was from the 100% in-person caucuses.
Which will probably happen. On the election day we should all loiter outside the polling place. When they see the crowd they will definitely be too scared and wont be able to social distance.
Then they will blame mail in voting. And say the election was hacked by Russia or china.
They will say he cheated and we should have had in person voting.

And then Trump will organize the troops and he will win even deep blue states like cali BECAUSE they used mail-in ballots.
