We can use all the coarse language we like calling these women names and boasting about punching them in the face but there is something seriously wrong with young women today. I suspect many things are contributing to the deterioration of their sanity and polite society and we need to solve for that. This is our blatant warning. That guy did a great job maintaining his cool - much credit to him.
Social media makes them feel worthless when constantly comparing themselves to other women and their fake presented lives. They have no moral compass and have been told not to marry or have children
I am a woman, have two adult daughters, granddaughters too.
More usefully- I was raised left liberal, have lived my whole life in and raised my girls liberal (albeit with a healthy dose of what is now called classical liberal), buffered them from feeling left out in school, or unequal to each other though they are very different...
Both in many ways are the products of a semi urban diverse darkblue bubble, as are many of their friends. Some are from outside the bubble, but very few.
Many of those friends work hard to survive or achieve as adults, many have reached the settling down phase and a fair number have married and/or have kids with a present partner.
But some choose to view working to pay bills and eat and gain satisfaction in a career or job as a burden or imposition rather than normal life, and something they would dearly love to abandon and just do as they please 24/7. This second group are also rarely in lasting relationships of any kind, none of them married ever.
Some of those in the second group were not born into comfort, and they tend to be hunting a successful mate that will allow that and treat that goal the way some treat a career.
The bulk who act like life is a hassle and have only their likeminded social friends, however, come from the comfortable to affluent class. Never wanted for anything material growing up. Never got told no. Never learned the value of earning something or to care for their family by contributing.
They are all convinced that no matter how menial or routine or boring their jobs are they are more intellectual, sophisticated, modern, edgy, informed, and overall superior to the teaming masses. And non-liberal people. And men... even for the men. They carry a strong mocking disdain for most of the country, view non hard liberal areas and residents with disgust, and what I'll call blue collare activities are seen as things poor hillbillies do.
A shocking number of them are also severely emotionally damaged, way past the jokes my generation through GenX say about no normal single women without baggage. They were manifesting this already as teens, self medicated or engaged in other self destructive acts, and had helplessly ineffective or unconcerned parents. And most did have both parents- just not the kind that were willing to fight to build their character and force them to get it together emotionally.
I watched in horror and confusion as they steadily drifted further and furthrr from their regular life friends and examples who grew up and stepped into adulthood- and instead embraced the lifestyles you have all seen manifesting in social media and press for the last 20 years.
Even a few from working class who married or had kids later went hard left extremist views a la Portland, and invariably they were the ones who were emotional messes as teens.
These first groups are lost, utterly damaged beyond repair. The red flags and window to fix them closed 15 to 30 years ago
This would lead you to think that this entitled or superior attitude is limited to just that group- sadly no.
A hefty chunk of their liberal working class friends have a chip the size of TX on their shoulder or seriously believe non liberals are out to destroy them because they are jealous or racist; this is MSM propaganda reinforced with school and community influencers and generations of being told it's so. It creates the viceral reaction of fight or flight, and resentment, when faced with dissent or the dreaded "enemy" that has been pushed.
This last group is salvagable, but they need to be jolted out of their comfortable bubble and false perceptions by events or blatant red flags etc; the bulk of ex Democrats will come from this rather large group. Only in a few urban or semi urban much smaller bubbles do the first group represent the majority; the rest of the big blue bubbles are the last class.
So why are my own at least nominally if not fully liberal adult daughters who grew up reasonably secure mostly not like either group internally?
I think the key difference between them and those who have ugly resentments/fears or have slid down the slope into emotional psychosis and hysteria and aggression is I expected my girls to independently THINK, question, explain themselves, have consequences for poor choices, and step up to their potential while being decent human beings to others. You can't expect to be treated with respect and as an equal if you won't own your life and work towards what you want, and you'd best treat others with respect as well.
This appears to have armored them from illogical or irrational narratives and made them resistant towards the demonizing of other groups. But emotional appeals still sneak in.
Find a more succinct way of relaying your thoughts, or don't bother. You really don't have anything so important to say that anyone should be expected to spend that much time reading it.
I think he did okay, but after watching enough of these videos, I think I would have to say the best reaction might be to not engage verbally with them at all. No back and forth dialogue. Just ignore completely. If someone does not interact, there is no one for her to argue with or squeal at.
If she does not give up and move on and he tries to get by, at that point he could say, you are blocking me and harassing me. If she does not let him through, call the police and get her for harassment.
Woman here...we're talking about women because of this unhinged Karen, but men are acting insane as well. We're not locking up crazy people anymore, we're just letting them loose in society and trust them to take their meds. This is the result.
