State's can run their ballot however they want. That's the facts. And changing it would require a Constitutional Congress. You don't want that - and it would take years to slog through one, because you KNOW the dems would be all about "While we're here, let's just make some small changes to #2...."

When the stuff started in Seattle I was curious what the militias were doing up there or if they would even show up. Can you give advice on your magic of getting these claims completed? I’ve never had a successful on for Standard Prioirty, always have to wait 15 days and they almost always end up with a delivery scan (usually in those cases customer claims it’s not so probably to the wrong address, but USPS won’t approve any claim with a Delivery Scan even if they screwed up).
Tracking sucks badly but I ship thousands of Priority parcels a month and it’s a very small percentage (but higher than normal right now similar to the holiday season). I’d say 96 out of 100 arrive in their stated 2-3 days. 99.something in 2-5 days and about 1 out of 500 orders it either takes 5-7 order possibly longer and I have to end up reshipping it on my dime because USPS won’t let you file a claim until 15 days and they’re going to deliver it (or to the wrong address) so claim’s denied anyway. Their rates have risen so much, and now FedEx is offering me 2-day all 50 states 6 days per week at like $0.33 on average more per order. To me it’s worth it for the reliability, so we’re trying to figure out how to smoothly switch (PO Box delivers and stuff, too complicated for my staff with 15 different types of boxes to use).
I've had packages arrive smashed, ripped open in shipping with contents missing. One time with somebody else's mail stuffed inside the box. Report it for investigation and then it just goes through an automated process that tells you "Nothing found" in 60 days. Report a post office known for stealing shit (going by Google reviews) to the postmaster general's office, and they just route the complaint back to that post office where the manager calls you for feedback.
Privatize the post office. Companies can screw up but at least then we'd have a choice.

California sent ballot applications to every resident, illegal or not, and all you need to do is mail it back with a checkbox saying the address is correct.

There will be more votes by election day than registered voters. What are we going to do about it? Even for states that may not go Trump in a regular election, there are Republican seats that will be lost, for example district 2 in Nevada. We are looking at a massive loss in the house even if the only states that enact unrestricted mail in voting are blue states.

When the stuff started in Seattle I was curious what the militias were doing up there or if they would even show up. As usual, it was mostly talk, hand-wringing and claiming they were only interested in sitting around playing with their guns in the hills and waiting until someone bothers them. Voter turn out for my city is sometimes as low as 4%. I don't think protesting is our first step here. Even in a majority democrat city, if every republican voted MAGA, we would get our guys in.

I’ve never had a successful on for Standard Prioirty, always have to wait 15 days and they almost always end up with a delivery scan (usually in those cases customer claims it’s not so probably to the wrong address, but USPS won’t approve any claim with a Delivery Scan even if they screwed up).
Be persistent, read the fine print. Pay the $ to get a signature next time. (This works for me every time)

Tracking sucks badly but I ship thousands of Priority parcels a month and it’s a very small percentage (but higher than normal right now similar to the holiday season). I’d say 96 out of 100 arrive in their stated 2-3 days. 99.something in 2-5 days and about 1 out of 500 orders it either takes 5-7 order possibly longer and I have to end up reshipping it on my dime because USPS won’t let you file a claim until 15 days and they’re going to deliver it (or to the wrong address) so claim’s denied anyway. Their rates have risen so much, and now FedEx is offering me 2-day all 50 states 6 days per week at like $0.33 on average more per order. To me it’s worth it for the reliability, so we’re trying to figure out how to smoothly switch (PO Box delivers and stuff, too complicated for my staff with 15 different types of boxes to use).

I've had packages arrive smashed, ripped open in shipping with contents missing. One time with somebody else's mail stuffed inside the box. Report it for investigation and then it just goes through an automated process that tells you "Nothing found" in 60 days. Report a post office known for stealing shit (going by Google reviews) to the postmaster general's office, and they just route the complaint back to that post office where the manager calls you for feedback.
Privatize the post office. Companies can screw up but at least then we'd have a choice.
I personally like the post office - sure, I've had shit lost before, but when you deliver a half a million pieces of mail every single day, something is bound to get lost in the cracks. I've got nothing but respect for the carriers that slog through storms, 100+ degree weather in those shitty trucks with no or broken A/C, rural roads in the middle of nowhere, just to get us our mail.
The problem here isn't the post office, it's the inherent security risks that mail-in voting presents. The post office will get 99.9% of ballots returned to the recorder's office. Whether or not those ballots are valid is another question.
