We need a lawyer or someone who is well versed in law at least to tell us what the country’s options are. How can we prevent this from happening? Would Supreme Court rule in our favor? Would an executive order work? Protesting would be a good step, but I feel so disenfranchised in NY that I don’t know what that would really do. I mean Cuomo literally put COVID patients into nursing homes and it’s basically old news already.
He should be facing charges. Is Judicial Watch hiring? Even for basic positions? They need more staff and more Tom Fittons. Get the cloning machine ready.
Nobody wants to do a damn thing legally. Where's the Conservative version of the ACLU, ready to sue everyone at the drop of a hat? I saw the story of the bar in Buffalo that had their liquor license stolen from them simply for spelling out "FUCK CUOMO" on their menu. There should have been multiple lawyers lining up to take what should be an open and shut winnable case. Instead the guy is allowed to twist in the wind and maybe go out of business while the GOP "leaders" make their palms bloody from extreme hand wringing.
