So many states have already enacted in unrestricted and unverified mail in voting that we've already lost unless lawsuits are filed to protest the mail in votes. California sent ballot applications to every resident, illegal or not, and all you need to do is mail it back with a checkbox saying the address is correct.
Many states don't require signature verification. We've already lost the house because not a single Republican district can be won in California or any blue state now. There will be more votes by election day than registered voters. What are we going to do about it? We are looking at a Biden presidency with a super majority in the house and a majority in the Senate without legal action now. Civil war?

I don't think it'll be civil war because conservatives are too big of pussies to do anything about it. They'll keep talking about optics, taking the high road, and not giving liberals "an excuse" to take more of our rights away. Until it's more painful to continue living that it is to overthrow the tyrants, nothing will change. That's basically every tyranny and revolution in a nutshell.
The president should just instruct the USPS to not accept any voting ballots under the guise that they cannot 100% guarantee that every ballot would be delivered 100% of the time which violates our constitutional right to vote.
