Tracking sucks badly but I ship thousands of Priority parcels a month and it’s a very small percentage (but higher than normal right now similar to the holiday season). I’d say 96 out of 100 arrive in their stated 2-3 days. 99.something in 2-5 days and about 1 out of 500 orders it either takes 5-7 order possibly longer and I have to end up reshipping it on my dime because USPS won’t let you file a claim until 15 days and they’re going to deliver it (or to the wrong address) so claim’s denied anyway. Their rates have risen so much, and now FedEx is offering me 2-day all 50 states 6 days per week at like $0.33 on average more per order. To me it’s worth it for the reliability, so we’re trying to figure out how to smoothly switch (PO Box delivers and stuff, too complicated for my staff with 15 different types of boxes to use).
