If by refresh the tree of Liberty you mean burn down the security apparatus. Then yes, the FBI needs to be destroyed completely. It’s usefulness has long since ended and it needs to be replaced with something new.

In fact we need to introduce a new law which requires that the executive bureaucracy HAS to be purged whenever a new administration takes over.
