Percentages don't work that way. You have to account for the elderly & youth/educational experience. So, the black population that may own land & may be on the board of financial institutions, is probably closer to 5%. It doesn't help that 1/3 of black men ages 18-45 are felons.
There has never been a system that leads to the racial proportion of the population being represented in any given field, company, or criminal convictions. If you have not already I HIGHLY suggest reading Thomas Sowell
That's a dumb philosophy. Simply existing isn't an automatic entitlement to achievements.
