With close to 80% of Chicago's 8th graders already not proficient at grade level reading, I doubt they were getting much in the way of history education already.

Until teacher unions are eliminated, there is no way to reform or improve public schools. The ideal solution involves separating state and federal government from education and allowing local and parent control.

Evanston is not really suburban. Chicago politicians would like to think it is. Note the headline, "Chicago Area Leaders." I can hear it now.

Since they don't need factory workers any more all they need to do is train you so your just smart enough to be a rioter.
