So this poor woman basically died as a result of misdiagnosis followed by quarantining herself instead of getting the appropriate medical attention needed for a kidney infection.
This story won't be the last. Over the next few years we will have hundreds of thousands of people dying to preventable illness because I either were too scared to go get diagnosed at the doctor or they were misdiagnosed as covid and didn't get the real treatment they need. Maybe they had a preventable cancer if caught early enough with chemotherapy. Maybe their liver is failing and by the time they notice it's not just covid it's too late to fix.
