I work for an insurance company and every all employee meeting we hear about the desire to fight systematic oppression, what we are doing to combat that, and how we can promote diversity. The CEO even worried about how we don't have a good diversity of thought and how we need to make people more comfortable being themselves. But throughout the whole meeting it's heavily implied that conservative voices aren't wanted. He even made a comment that implied trump is a joke. Not to mention we won't go back to the office until 2021. Just needed to vent where people will get me.
Edit: just made it a bit more vague so i don't accidently dox myself. I trust you guys, but i'd rather be careful.
I don't think all are, but i believe every large one is and probably most mid sized ones. I'll have to start looking smaller in my escape plan.
Vet them at the interview, think of some good questions you can ask that may show they are stunning and brave, or a normal company.
Ask how they're promoting and handling "diversity" seems like a great way to get that out of them.
That's more and more likely to appear on their website, too.
