I work for an insurance company and every all employee meeting we hear about the desire to fight systematic oppression, what we are doing to combat that, and how we can promote diversity. The CEO even worried about how we don't have a good diversity of thought and how we need to make people more comfortable being themselves. But throughout the whole meeting it's heavily implied that conservative voices aren't wanted. He even made a comment that implied trump is a joke. Not to mention we won't go back to the office until 2021. Just needed to vent where people will get me.

This is result of Gramsci's Long March Through the Institutions. For decades, lefties have sought to rise up in all major organizations and institutions in this country and they will never hire, promote, mentor, publicize or any way help a conservative. They seek to destroy the careers of conservatives. All the while, they seek out other lefties to hire, promote, mentor and help. This is how left wing kooks have risen to the top of almost every single institution in America.
The left also practices a policy of "No enemies to the left" wherein only criticism toward the right is permitted. A centrist Democrat therefore, can and will be criticized by the left, even primaried, challenged and thrown out by the left. Even a solid Democrat liberal will be called out and chastized by the led. However, a solid Democrat liberal or a centrist Democrat will never ever call out a lefty for being a commie.
