An angry lesbian who has power is a tyrant? Fetch my fainting couch! ;)

Notice how so many people around these Hollywood stars, producers, directors, financiers, bankers, politicians, chiefs of staff, advisors, lawyers are all aware of the abuses, tendencies, and terror perpetrated by their bosses, and do nothing about it.

Why do they allow such abuse to develop into an ecosystem within their companies?

I've known it for years, Ellen has a mean streak a mile wide. Not that I ever really watched her show (I work for a living) but I happened to catch a "highlight" from it years ago where she was tearfully slandering an animal rescue who took back a dog she adopted because she gave the dog away to someone else. Which if you've ever adopted from a rescue group, they have a contract you sign that says you have to give the animal back to them if you no longer want it or otherwise can't keep it. There was also the time she made a big joke on her show of a realtor's sign because the realtor's first name was "Titi". What a low class bitch.
