I'm thirty seconds in and I can already tell you he's non-compliant. Officer asked him to put his hands up multiple times or put them on the wheel and he refused. Could have been grabbing a gun.

Update: Wow. He was yelling I can't breathe inside the car before they even pinned him to the ground. He resisted arrest the whole time and even said "please don't shoot me" as if he knew he'd die if he fought the cops. What did he do? He fought them until he died. The entire country is burning right now for THIS?!?!
