I have been thinking it's not such a bad idea to defund the police and use de-escalation personnel instead. We could send in a special force like the Green Rangers. We'll call them the Rainbow Rangers.

When there is a deadly situation, Rainbow Rangers would be selected from the prison populations, as we are letting people out due to Covid anyways. The prisoners would be airdropped in to the situation with a temporary prison perimeter setup at the area of the crime. If the prisoner tries to escape, same prison rules apply, guards would be posted to shoot them down.

The prisoner would have to de-escalate using the non-confrontational techniques proposed by BLM. Of course, BLM wants no immunity so they will go back to prison for any force used. The prisoner would have a team of Gender Professors and Social Workers communicating with them on headset on how to de-escalate the murderer etc. in front of them.

Perfect way to test this new Defund the Police idea in practice.
