Dude was on fentanyl, crystal meth, heroine, thc, etc. Plus he had heart disease. Ohh and my favorite, he was covid positive. Add him to the “disproportionate amount of blacks affected by the virus” narrative.
The best thing they could have done for him was probably put him in a MMA style choke hold to render him unconscious in order to prevent him from hurting himself. Sadly those are now banned.
