It's the same for me in Virginia. I don't think people want to confront someone like me that is 6ft 6in but, looking skinny as a rail makes me look close to 7ft. This can be intimidating for the average person.

lol I ask myself the same thing sometimes, but I live in Oklahoma, and am a big guy. That probably has something to do with it.
