I believe, and I am speaking from my ass, that the state's get funds from the federal level to promote certain programs. I do not believe the federal government gives any money directly to any particular school.

Basically his teaching style was 1) homework is read this chapter 2) lecture over reading 3) assign next chapter 4) morning quiz covering lecture.
Zero opportunity for classroom discussion or checks on comprehension. This was the “advanced” class I moved to for a challenge thinking that I would change my apathetic ways. Nope, it proved once again that “advanced” class just meant more work and less value.

Had a group of Luna leftist lecture me about how my motorcycle was the root cause of their high insurance. I've never been in an accident and very rarely see a doctor. Meanwhile, they were all unhealthy slobs that drank a shit ton of soda a day and had to see a doctor frequently.
The issue with righteous indignation is that it drives the people full of it to positions where they can shit on those who are not so indignant. This leads the Woke people to seek out positions of power/authority, like teaching.
Not that all teachers are like this, but many are... and those that are like this are certainly not keeping their mouths shut about how they feel.

I’d say a solid 60% of my PE teachers were overweight. At least two were morbidly obese. And I grew up in one of the healthier areas of the country.
