That term literally wasn't a thing prior to this crisis. I've been sick plenty of times and not once have I ever been told by a doctor to "practice social distancing". It was a buzzword created to go along with this pandemic. It's not "industry jargon" because the "industry" never used that term prior to communists creating it and forcing it on the "industry".
