Agreed. Every person reading this ought to stock up on reference books, classics, and history. Stock up on controversial books too. Your bookshelf will be more important going forward than your private armory that most will never actually use.

It isn't that farfetched that Amazon/Ebay/Kindle/public libraries will ban certain books, publishers won't make any new physical copies, edits will be made to digital copies, and archival sites will be removed. Where will you turn to then? Reading a book from a computer file, if you're lucky?

The controversial ones are the best ones for giant nuggets of knowledge. Anything critical of large controlling groups and religions have a lot of good information. People tend to be afraid of those.

God I wish I were an adult making a nice salary. I'd have a nice library and armory yesterday if that were the case. I've always wanted a nice study room.
