This is University of Pennsylvania, not Penn State, or State Pen.

Wasn't Sandusky just fucking the kids on his team? Honestly didn't follow that story too closely beyond the headlines.

Sandusky was Penn State University. This is University of Pennsylvania, the Ivy League school.

If you are talking about the football players, no.

According to the grand jury testimony, the assaults took place:
In Sandusky's basement,[49]
At a victim's high school,[50]
In Sandusky's car,[51]
In the Lasch Football Building on Penn State's University Park campus,[52]
Toftrees Golf Resort and Conference Center,[53]
The East Area Locker Rooms on the Penn State campus,[54] and A hotel room in Texas.[55]
At least twenty of the incidents were said to have taken place while Sandusky was still employed by Penn State.[56]

What it doesn't mention, is where the kids came from outside of one brief mention of Victim #1 coming from The Second Mile.

Penn and Penn State are two different universities. One is located in the middle of the state, the other in Philadelphia. This is an article on the latter.
