Contrast that with modern technology, where they are kicking out thousands of parts that are within a ten thousandth of being identical. You can take any part, off any Glock 19 Gen 4, and it will fit on any other Glock 19 Gen 4, unless one or the other has been modified. Rifling is the same deal, the process is just much, much more precise now, and precision = repeatability, to such an extent that it renders moot these old-school fingerprinting techniques.

Probably closer to 1 billion, at least 600 million over a decade with shit like a 12 unit apartment building having over 20 day cares in it getting over 120K a month for years. The scam was so fucking stupid, it was so easy to catch, Republican house members were screaming on the floor that it was going on, only to be called racist.
For those not in the know, the scam was Women 1 "legally unmarried" would start a day care, so would Women 2 (sometimes married to the same man). They would then apply for government programs to send their kids to day care so they could work. Women 1 would send kids to Women 2 and vice versa. They would also just strait up make up kids, and have kids in multiple day cares. Their "wages" remained very low because most of the money they received was for feeding and taking care of the kids.
Those responsible for this "over site" of this are still hired by the state for 150K+ a year salaries.
