Yep, the whole thing stinks to high hell. He had a record of criminal behaviour, yet it was all ignored until he seemingly went rogue and is responsible for Canada's deadliest mass-shooting. The RCMP has a history of incompetence, and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to learn that there are even more embarrassing details they don't want to be made public.
