It's bad but, it can be overcome with votes. Plus, over the years you have seen handfuls of people getting arrested for ballot fraud which can help destabilize their fraud system (7 I know of this year).
Trump was smart enough to target the right states and right districts, I'm sure he's smart enough to do all he can to prevent it.
