after watching this, I think the dude had a heart attack from the drugs and getting himself in a frenzy. maybe the I can breath chimes were legit, but not from the cop(s) or the knee. shortness of breath and a squeezing/tightening sensation in the chest and neck are symptoms of a heart attack.
