Does not look good on the cops because they should have flipped him over if his pulse was low or not felt. Thats what the media will focus on. I believe they were waiting on medical personnel and he was resistant and thats why they held him there waiting but the media and extremists will not see it that way unfortunately.

I feel so different after seeing this video. Poor cops.. ugh
