They tell the same story, including the overdosing Floyd saying he can't breathe before anybody is doing anything near his airway, a classic way for criminals to "cry Wolf" in order to try to convince softer cops to be lenient.
I didn't catch it on this video but I did hear it on one of the earlier releases of the better quality body cam footage (I think it was from a different officer.)

I saw a shorter version, but it's after they get to the car and before he's on the ground. Checking the transcript may help.
