If i were a judge who's going to be hearing any cases in these events, I would consider what the press is doing as jury tampering. Because the jury pool IS seeing edited evidence.

Problem is a lot of people have a panic attack when its obvious they are going to jail. They are all going to say "I can't breathe." Do you suggest the EMTs should go out every time the police are called? Or would it be better if one took personal responsibility and tell the police you are on a crap ton of drugs when you are getting arrested?
If the EMTs had known this was an overdose when they got there, he may not have died.
