I have at-risk parents at my home.

When they leave their wing of the house they wear masks. If we are in the same room as them we do too. Meals separate.

My father is a fantastic guy and huge Trump supporter, and has a good chance of dying if he gets the virus based on comorbidities. Of course we are super careful with him.

People in this situation already know to do these things. Protecting those at special risk is common sense. Locking up the rest of the population and cancelling school for children, not so much.
