Nothing he stated was factually incorrect or misleading. He's right about all of his statements. His major point is that Floyd was responsive and not nodding off which is the typical presentation of a fentanyl OD, meaning that it must have been something else that killed him and in his mind that's the pressure exerted by Chauvin.
However - he leaves out key pieces of information to conclusively state that. First - Floyd was stating that he couldn't breathe before he was restrained. He was clearly going through respiratory distress before the cops had their body on him. The video makes it out that because he died despite not having the presentation of a fentanyl OD that it was the physical restraint that pushed him over, but there's a flaw with that. Fentanyl acts as a norepinephrine re-uptake inhibitor, meaning it stops the release of norepinephrine from their receptors, causing muscle tension and resultingly makes it impossible to breathe. Norepinephrine is also called noradrenaline -- the same adrenaline that is released during stress. He was clearly agitated from the encounter and was likely flooding his body with the hormone. Combined with the fentanyl that was keeping his muscle receptors from relaxing he likely suffered muscle seizure and suffocated.
