The entire government of the city of Minneapolis is responsible for blocking the bodycam footage and what really happened to George Floyd. They are responsible for starting riots across the country and across the world. The individuals in government should go to jail and the city should be held financially responsible for failing to act.

To some extent, but we are talking hundreds of millions of dollars, that has to hit the city and thus ALL of the citizens of the city so they feel the pain of supporting this hateful ideology.
