It's a sad reality but if it hadn't been the Wuhan flu (which I'm not entirely convinced it was seeing how politicized this obit is) it would have been one of his many other underlying conditions or the upcoming regular flu season.

Exactly my point. The people who died to the Wuflu would have died within 0-5 years or even to any other flu anyway.
Sounds like he was being oppressed by the Nazis who gave him diabetes.
