I hope so. Walmart now has security guards forcing mask mandate regardless of disability.

That's all on walmart, doesn't matter who is governor. There's no mask mandate in GA, but most, if not all, of the corporations have rallied behind the globalists and require masks or no entry.

They can't legally do that. They are required under federal law (ADA) to accommodate disabilities. They can't force people who are medically harmed by masks to wear them. Hope they get sued and investigated by the DoJ.

So you have armed security enforcing it in you state? Here they have the full support of the governor. No medical exemptions either.

You're not allowed into the store without a mask. If you were to force entry, undoubtedly the police would be called and you'd get arrested for trespassing. I'd imagine allowing medical exemptions would also be up to the businesses but I am not certain on that.

Police here said they won't enforce it. And the Ada says they can't deny service that they must accomodate you.

Yes, some businesses require you to wear a mask. I'm fine with that and most 'pedes are too. I'll either shop there or not. What nobody wants is a government "mandate" that forces you to wear a mask. That is something that should be decided between a business and its customers.

They are violating the Ada. Won't let you in even with medical condition.

Which is illegal. People just need to file a complaint with the DoJ. Once that happens, they are required by law to open an investigation.

The speed of government. Slow when you need help, fast when it needs you to comply.

Once I’m inside a place I just pull my mask under my nose. No one has ever said anything to me when I go shopping. I’ll just say “what? I’m wearing my mask like a good citizen”

I bet some smaller town stores don’t give a shit either

I did that on a bus, and the driver screeched at me that I had to cover my nose & mouth. I'm now driving an extra 20 miles/day to spend less time on the bus.
