Last week I had to take my dog to the vet, but I refuse to wear a mask. Since I didn't want him to be impacted by my strong Constitutional beliefs, I decided to lie (I already apologized to God), and told the staff that I can't wear a mask due to a pre-existing medical condition. In my state, that is an exempt class of people in the governor's mask order. Because of HIPAA laws, nobody can ask me details about that and they have to believe me. Boom, I walked in without a mask and nobody said a word.
I'm not saying do this every time, as we should be openly refusing to wear masks. But if you're in a bind, there is your way out.
They won't get me to lie. I consider compromising my integrity as them winning.
I completely agree. But then my dog would have had to been seen by a doctor without me, and he's very scared of that. I did it for him.
Yeah, that's a tough call. I understand.
