They say your ballot counts if it is postmarked by today (08/04/2020) but you should NEVER mail in a ballot even when mail-in is all your state has. At the very least, Take It To An Official Drop Box and Put The Ballot In There Yourself.

Been that way in WA since 2004 (or 2005?) right after a very close gubernatorial election where a conservative almost won (aka, dems probably cheated and then moved to the all mail in voting system to ensure future cheating). On the casual level - Culp is the known name. I wasn't aware till very recently Eyman was running (but familiar with his $30 tab effort that Seattle immediately shut down).
Everyone else is a literal "who?"
Unfortunately, Culp is very very loosely tied to a pending sexual abuse case on a minor. For rational people, this is a nothing burger (because it is). However, this is the state that recounted votes until the Dem won, last time it was called for a Rep.
Maybe I've just taken the black pill too many times, but I feel the only way Inslee will be unseated is by another Dem candidate.
