In fact, it can and does for high values of 2 in specific situations. It's.... Complicated, but it stems from how you prove "1" exists in the first place, and is beyond my education on it. This was a "trap" laid to catch people unaware of high level science and math. What they're saying is technically true but not commonly applied.
