I'm new and learning how to use this site. How do you "follow" people who's posts interest you? Or can you do that? Can you "find" people you know or search for friends on the site? Sorry, if this isn't the way the site works but I'm learning. Love it so far.

You can save posts and then use that to attain the users post and comment history. That’s about as close to “following” as you can get. It’s just one step between you and the people you want to see.
