I saw one clip from pretty close that showed a ton of tiny flashes inside the base of the fire/first explosion cloud just before the second larger explosion.
This was in a port right? Looks like a fertilizer or similar chemical explosion. From my non professional opinion it didn’t look like fuel oil or pressurized tank car explosion. That was not a volatile chemical exploding. It was a gigantic amount of a true explosive.
It will be interesting to see what lie the media tells us.
