Some people actually believe that b/c he said he was scared that he should've been left alone. Like how the fuck you supposed to arrest criminals if all they gotta do is say they're scared? I'm scared, I don't have to listen to your commands now. The cops have been neutered in some cities b/c of the mayors and da's. They can't police criminals anymore without the threat of the media and their ally mayors and da's withholding evidence or altering it.
