What do you make of Trump's tweet saying people in Florida should all request a mail-in ballot to vote?

Isn't that kind of mixed messaging saying Florida's mail-in voting is okay, but the other states are not?

In any case, what if there are people in Florida that are Democrats work for the post office, and dump mail-in votes etc?

But doesn’t this hurt our cause and help the dems in their case for mail in voting? I can’t follow his logic here.
