I think "side of beef" may be one of my very favorite phrases now. Ever since that stumble into the van, I can't hear the phrase without laughing. Earlier during the shutdown I watched the original "Rocky" with my kids and when Stallone started boxing in the meat fridge, I just laughed and laughed. "What's so funny, Dad?" "Side of beef! He's hitting a side of beef!" Sigh. Good times.
