To play devil's advocate anyone who has experienced what Floyd did would take his side on the "resisting" part. I've done drugs in my life. If you take too much or have a bad reaction you literally start to feel like you're dying and panic. He wanted to do what a normal person would do and lie down not sit in a car like good ol' boy. Unfortunately for what ever reason whether a heart attack or overdose he didn't make it.
The police did nothing wrong and followed procedure and held him down which is what you would do in that situation given how erratic he was. I don't think Chauvin was applying as much pressure as people assume he was, clearly and unfortunately it wasn't a good look given the situation.
I disagree with the angle that he was resisting and got what he deserved. I literally believe he did what you should expect him to do and the police respond quite fairly. It's just a sad tale of doing drugs and/or being unhealthy.

It is very probable, as he had many risk factors - a big dude, had hypertension, earlier covid, and drugs (including speeds - meth, caffeine). Add to this adrenaline spike from being stopped by police, having gun pulled on him and possibility of going to jail - perfect storm for heart attack.
If this is the case, then kneeling wasn't cause of death - so policemen could be only guilty of not resuscitating him early enough (although they called for ambulance).

Fentanyl is popular because it is STRONG and it is FAST. He didn't just slam some vitamin F right before the cops showed up because he would have OD'd within a minute or two.
He had a large dose, given some other way than intravenous. Given the fact that he is known to be a hooper, the ruptured bags should be somewhere in his stomach or rectum.

Let's not ignore the fact that testing increased 7x in June, with positive cases only increasing 2.5x. The media then stuck to number of cases reported because it's inconvenient that hospitalizations and deaths have trailed off and are nearly gone.
So just test people at exponentially higher rates, use fake positives from people who get positives more than once, or whom suspiciously get tested positive then negative days later (a result which is improbable at best).
