Yup, he straight up admitted to the cop on the leaked bodycam footage that he was hooping just before the cop pulled him over... and hooping is slang for shoving drugs up your ass to try and smuggle it.
Holy shit that would explain why he's panicking so bad! If he hid the drugs then felt himself od'ing, he'd believe he was gonna die if he got shoved into the cop car! They would leave him alone in there for 10-20 minutes probably while they finish the call....
