I became a Christian and she didn't want anything to do with it. It became clear we were just walking too different paths to continue together.

Loss of a significant other is painful.

Hold fast: the pain will not be forever, tho' it be intense.

(There are always more girls on the girl tree: for a lasting relationship, screen for a woman who shares your core values.)

And grief dissolves in hard work, whether job related work or physical. Start or increase lifting, which will also keep your discipline and improve your self-esteem.
