Seriously why do dumb people on our side always act like one news story per day must occur?

Yeah, sure. "someone" totally set off this massive explosion that killed a bunch of people and laid waste to a city in Lebanon.....to "cover up" a raid on a fucking office in Ukraine.

Because that raid would have been worldwide front page news otherwise.

"shit the feds raided our Ukraine guys office what do we do? Wait i got it! I know a guy in Lebanon who knows where there is a warehouse with a cache of fertilizer. We send him in to start a fire, but he'll start it in the fireworks factory next door so nobody thinks that the fertilizer was the target. We'll vaporize the port of Beirut which will make all the evidence they took from Cleveland inadmissible in court! Brilliant!" Or we can run a story that says Trump wipes from back to front.

Counterpoint: Shit's always happening, it's only reported when a distraction was needed.

See also: None of the black people killed by violent, mostly white BLM mobs.

See also: The Juicy Hoax last year that turned out to be a flop.

Misdirection, the classic magicians trick. Look over here! - While I set up the rest of the trick over here!

The media is such an effective tool to get we the people to fall for simple tricks that even toddlers figure out quickly

Misdirecting with a “bomb” that destroys the capacity of 91% of their imports that is likely going to end up destroying their entire country when the economy collapses

Yeah I can totally see someone creating the 3-6th largest man made non nuclear explosion in history just to move some papers

Maxwell distraction?

Well, I'm certainly not believing Beirut was happenstance. Who the fuck keeps thousands of tons of explosive material in a densely-populated area like that? And for six years. Whatever the Lebanese equivalent is to our ATF would have been all, "we need to move that shit far away from here, otherwise it could crater and level the son of a bitchin' port one day."

Just couldn't get around to it in six years, huh?

It's Beirut.

The question is why would you not expect it to be sheer incompetence.

It's no different than when people thought the explosion at Halifax was purposeful (like how couldn't it have been?) only to find out it was just carelessness.

"Beirut, the city of brotherly love and extreme competence" it says it right on the sign/

Sure, incompetence is always my primary assumption and always a possible explanation. I'm not saying the explosion is a distraction. I definitely don't believe it was an accident though. As for Halifax, two ships colliding is nothing like stashing a catastrophe waiting to happen in a crucial port for six years.

Raid on the offices of Ukrainian oligarchs with ties to Hunter

Yeah someone decided to blow up a port that handles 91% of all imports to a country just so they could distract us and move some papers. That country is going to completely collapse after this given the problems they’ve had in recent years, and if anyone did do this. It’s a potential start to a regional or world war.

You’re an idiot.

There was an explosion (eerily similar to Beirut) in, by now, the infamous city of Wuhan. I don't see any coverage.

Maybe maybe not. But not every god damn thing has to be a conspiracy. It’s kind of annoying.

TIme of the George Floyd footage leak? Time of the biggest non-nuclear explosion, I have ever seen?

Could be a coincidence. Strange that it blew after 6 years of being stored there. But im sure there is no reason for it at all.

Yeah, the explosion conveniently saved the MSM from having to lead with the leaked bodycam story.

1
AtomicShnoz 1 point ago +1 / -0

The MSM will use any story as a diversion for the truth. They didn't have to level a city on a different continent. Remember murder hornets, two scoops of ice cream, cognitive tests, GEOTUS eats McDonald's.......

Not every disaster in the world is covered heavily by the US media either...unless there’s a good reason.
